SHIPPING POLICY

Coverage:

The delivery period for all Domestic Orders depends on the country of shipment, and varies from deliveries from 5 to 15 business days.



Delivery times:
Delivery times start counting from confirmation of payment. For credit card payments and using the Mercado Pago and/or Paypal button (as long as it is active), the payment platform must approve the transaction, which may take up to one business day. For payment by bank consignment in cash, the times begin to count immediately after the deposit is verified. Upon approval of your order payment, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order.

Shipping cost:
The value of the delivery depends on the location of the address.


FREE Shipping Value:

Orders over $100 USD with exclusive delivery to an address in Bogota DC, will have a FREE shipping cost. Does NOT apply to the interior of the country.

Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. In case you have any concerns with the delivery of the product, you can contact our Customer Service line sales@woowshine.com.


The product may be received by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the carrier's guide will suffice.


In the event that the product has signs of damage or breakage in its packaging at the time of delivery, the customer must record it in the carrier's waybill as an observation.
