RETURN POLICY

We have prepared these terms and conditions to ensure that you are aware of your rights and obligations in your experience visiting our site.

Please note that by visiting our site you agree to our terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our site.

Returns and Exchanges

WOOWSHINE.COM. will issue refunds for merchandise purchased on the site, as long as the return request is submitted to the Customer Service Representative within 5 business days of receipt of the product. WOOWSHINE.COM is not obligated to accept product returns in cases where the return request is made outside of the aforementioned period, except for quality defects.

WOOWSHINE.COM will assume 100% of the freight charges required when the return of the product is due to causes attributable to the company, such as product defects and/or incorrect shipment of the product to the main cities. When it is for other reasons, the shipping will be paid by the customer. It will be recognized to the customer who makes the return only the value of the item being returned, such refund will be made by charging the value of the item to the credit or debit card that the customer has registered on the site and with which it has made the purchase or through a voucher that will be sent to the customer via email.

The request for exchange or return must be made by the customer through "customer service" who for this purpose has designated the email sales@woowshine.com, through which the customer will be told the procedure to follow to make returns.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer must return the product to WOOWSHINE.COM. by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received. Transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the goods will be covered by the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal shall be five (5) working days from the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the contract in case of the provision of services.

The following cases are excepted from the above, depending on the corporate purpose of WOOWSHINE.COM:

- In contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations of financial market coefficients that the producer cannot control.

- In contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized

- In contracts for the purchase of goods for personal use.

WOOWSHINE.COM. must return in cash to the consumer all sums paid without proceeding to make discounts or deductions for any concept.

In any case the refund of the money to the consumer may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the time he exercised the right.

Reversal of payment
The law provides that in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms, such as the Internet, and a credit or debit card or any other electronic payment instrument has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when it is subject to fraud, or corresponds to an unsolicited transaction, or the purchased product is not received, or the delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective.

In order to proceed with the reversal of the payment, within five (5) business days from the date on which the consumer became aware of the fraudulent or unsolicited transaction or should have received the product or received it defective or not corresponding to what was requested, the consumer must file a complaint with WOOWSHINE.COM. and return the product, where appropriate, and notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer.
